A leading Listed Infrastructure business is seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst to support their continued growth.

Based in the heart of London, this role will focus on business partnering with commercial teams, financial planning & analysis, capital raising activities and investment appraisal.

The Corporate Financial Analyst will support the group’s budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring financial plans are aligned with business objectives and future projections. This involves preparing and analysing key financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess the company’s financial health and identify areas for improvement.

In addition, you will develop budget input models to streamline the financial planning process and collaborate closely with operating companies to assist them in their strategic planning efforts, as well as create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for the board, summarising financial performance and key insights. The role will also assess the performance of capital projects, evaluating the returns on investment and ensuring capital is allocated efficiently.

A great role offering exposure and support from the Group CFO and Financial Directors in raising and refinancing the group’s debt and equity, ensuring the business has the necessary financial resources to grow.

The ideal candidate will be ACA (or equivalent) qualified with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in corporate finance or transactional services. Hands-on financial modelling is a must, with in-depth knowledge of budgeting and forecasting. International experience and mindset is valued as key growth will be in new and emerging markets.
