What you\’ll do:
* Manage your own portfolio of conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
* Refer complex legal matters or queries to the Team Manager as appropriate, maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management.
* Communicate regularly with clients and asset managers to provide updates on case progress, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
* Attend client meetings alongside senior management, contributing insights and supporting training initiatives as required.
* Maintain detailed telephone notes for all client interactions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.
* Keep abreast of changes in regulations, policies, procedures, and technical aspects of the conveyancing process, sharing relevant updates with colleagues across the sales teams.
* Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills by analysing case facts and discussing potential actions with senior team members when necessary.
* Support the wider team by participating in knowledge-sharing sessions and fostering a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
