What you'll do:
- Manage a dedicated caseload of contentious probate matters, ensuring each case is handled with care, attention to detail, and empathy for clients' circumstances.
- Assist in resolving disputes relating to land, including adverse possession claims, boundary issues, right of way disputes, nuisance claims, and enforceability of restrictive covenants.
- Support landlord and tenant dispute resolution processes.
