A reputable organisation is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join a wider HR team. This role is ideal for a reward professional who enjoys using data and insight to deliver competitive, compliant and engaging reward programmes. Working closely with HR, Finance and business leaders, you'll support the development and delivery of the UK compensation and benefits offering, ensuring it remains aligned with business objectives and market best practice.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of UK compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Review and enhance key benefits, including pensions, sick pay and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Assist with the administration and governance of the Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP).
  • Support annual reward activities, including salary reviews and benefit renewals.
  • Analyse reward data, produce reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain reward policies, processes and systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide advice and support on reward matters.

About You:

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward or a related HR role.
  • A good understanding of UK reward and benefits practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using HR systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • CIPD or Reward qualifications are desirable but not essential.
