What you'll do:
- Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims from initial client contact through to resolution, ensuring each case receives thorough attention and empathetic handling throughout the process.
- Assist senior solicitors with more complex or high-value cases by conducting research, preparing documentation, and other related tasks.
