Your Role

As a Business Analyst in the Private Markets & Growth team, you will drive strategic initiatives for the European ETF Platform Strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, map processes using BPMN notation, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency. From facilitating workshops to collaborating with third‑party vendors during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), you will ensure quality outcomes while contributing to long‑term platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for new Active Fixed ETF capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project goals and solutions.
  • Map end‑to‑end business processes (BPMN) and create Target Operating Models (TOMs).
  • Oversee UAT with third‑party vendors to ensure deliverables meet standards.
  • Identify risks and implement controls for impacted operational areas.
  • Collaborate with Technology & Data teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Produce governance documentation such as Business Design Authority packs.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or investment management firm.
  • Expertise in capturing requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong skills in process mapping (BPMN) and creating operating models (TOMs).
  • Experience managing third‑party vendor activities.
  • Familiarity with risk identification and control implementation in change programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
