We are looking for an HR Change Manager to lead the transformation of the HR function into a strategic People function at a leading asset management firm. This project will focus on shifting HR from a transactional, process-led operation to a strategic, people-focused function. Initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. 2-3 days per week in the City office.
The HR Change Manager will design and deliver change initiatives that embed new ways of working, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on stakeholder collaboration, excels in change communications, and is passionate about shaping an inclusive and high-performing HR culture.
What you'll do:- Lead change initiatives within HR, ensuring adoption of new ways of working and behaviours.
- Develop and execute integrated change communications strategies, tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Measure and report on communication effectiveness, engagement, and adoption.
- Coordinate sponsors and change champions to drive engagement across the HR function.
- Facilitate two-way feedback mechanisms to continuously refine initiatives and strengthen impact.
- Support the HR leadership team in embedding a strategic, people-focused mindset across the function.
- Proven experience delivering people and culture change within HR functions in Financial Services.
- Strong skills in change communications strategy, execution, and measurement.
- Track record of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to drive adoption.
- Collaborative mindset, inclusive approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use data and insights to inform change initiatives and drive results.
