You will work closely with Digital Trading, Marketing, SEO, Buying, and Customer Services teams to ensure products are launched accurately, easy to find, and presented in a way that drives engagement and conversion.
What you will be doing:
- Managing product setup and launches across the website
- Improving onsite search, navigation, filtering, and product discoverability
- Supporting onsite merchandising across PLPs and search results
- Working with internal teams on launches, promotions, and onsite content
- Ensuring product content is accurate, engaging, and SEO optimised
- Monitoring onsite performance and using insight to improve conversion and customer journey
- Supporting and guiding the Digital Product Content Executive
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a Digital Merchandising or Digital Trading role
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and onsite customer journey
- Experience with SEO and onsite optimisation
- Confidence working with product attribution and merchandising tools
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams
- Experience with platforms such as Algolia, Commercetools, or Amplience would be beneficial
- Golf knowledge is a bonus but not essential
