The role includes:
- Processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transactions accurately and efficiently in line with established procedures.
- Supporting purchase order administration, invoice processing, and payment preparation activities.
- Performing invoice validation, coding, and approval checks as required.
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and processing issues.
- Assisting with payment preparation and validation activities.
- Gaining exposure to various PTP processes and systems to meet operational demands.
