We're recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Directors and the wider Senior Leadership Team within a growing and ambitious organisation based in Cheadle. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with involvement in strategic business projects and acquisition activity. You'll be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, helping to keep the business organised, efficient and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements for two Directors and the Senior Leadership Team
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring actions are followed through
  • Taking minutes and recording actions from Senior Leadership Team meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting acquisition activity, including research, screening calls and stakeholder coordination
  • Preparing reports and maintaining confidential documentation
  • Supporting business-wide projects and process improvements

About You

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA or similar.
