Overview
Role: Business Development Manager
Location: home based, with frequent travel across Scotland and Northern England
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + company car and uncapped commission

Responsibilities
- Developing new business by meeting target number of customer visits.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and drive sales growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain a business plan for region with the ability to adjust to business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for our clients.
- Setting up meetings and planning and preparing product demonstrations.
- Communicating solutions to prospective clients.
- Preparing quotations, building and maintaining a pipeline.
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Follow and report on competitor activities and other market intelligence.
- Feedback Voice of Customer.
What we are looking for
- Dynamic, energetic and driven personality.
- Able to commit to travelling up to 4 days per week to meet clients (managing your own diary).
