We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant supporting the CFO and Marketing Director on a fully remote basis with some occasional travel to London. In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive assistance to the CFO, including the coordination of a confidential calendar, managing requests for attendance, travel arrangements, meeting and event coordination, and ensuring the effective use of CFO's time.

You will bring extensive experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, particularly in supporting senior staff and working within a large organisation. The role is home-based, though you will be required to attend meetings in person, so an ability and willingness to travel occasionally to London is expected.

  • Experience in supporting directors: Demonstrable experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, effectively managing their needs and priorities.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities seamlessly.
  • Complex diary management with the proven ability to manage intricate and demanding diaries, coordinating meetings, travel, and events efficiently.
