I am looking for an experienced in-house talent leader to lead a high-performing recruitment and onboarding function within a fast-paced organisation. The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment delivery across high-volume, corporate, and senior-level hiring, including executive appointments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leaders on recruitment strategy and workforce planning
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Leading and developing Recruitment Business Partners
- Delivering attraction strategies through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and direct sourcing
- Monitoring recruitment KPIs, reporting, and process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and inclusive hiring practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years' in-house Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven leadership within high-volume recruitment environments
- Experience hiring across corporate and senior-level roles
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
- Skilled in ATS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and Excel reporting
- Knowledge of employment law and inclusive hiring practices
