The role includes:

  • Processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transactions accurately and efficiently in line with established procedures.
  • Supporting purchase order administration, invoice processing, and payment preparation activities.
  • Performing invoice validation, coding, and approval checks as required.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and processing issues.
  • Assisting with payment preparation and validation activities.
  • Gaining exposure to various PTP processes and systems to meet operational demands.
