- Work closely with technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities.

- Support go-to-market, customer onboarding and adoption activities.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Digital Transformation roles.
/n
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience.
/n
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive teams.
/n
- A solid understanding of technology solutions, digital platforms, SaaS products, data and systems integration.
/n
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
/n
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
/n
- Experience supporting product launches, transformation programmes or technology adoption initiatives.
/n
- Ideally, experience working within a SaaS environment, with exposure to customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, customer success and benefits realisation.
/n
- Experience working closely with pre-sales, product, delivery and technology teams to support customer outcomes.
/n

- Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG or equivalent).
/n
- Experience within a SaaS business, technology organisation, digital services provider or consultancy environment.
/n
- Knowledge of programme delivery methodologies and business change frameworks.
/n
- Experience supporting subscription-based products and customer success programmes.
