Temporary HR Administrator (Contract Role)
Location: Birmingham
Contract: 3 months
Hourly Rate: £16.50-£18.00
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is passionate about delivering a professional, efficient, and confidential HR service across the full employee lifecycle.
The Role
As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will play a key role in providing a responsive and customer-focused service to staff and managers. You'll support a wide range of HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including job advertising, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks
- Ensure onboarding processes align with safer recruitment standards
- Process monthly payroll changes accurately, maintaining HR systems (experience with iTrent is advantageous)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain and update employee records, including contractual and other relevant information
