Manage all statutory and non-statutory benefits programs/activities throughout Europe Work closely with the Benefits Director on various projects Supervise the Benefits Partners\’ work to ensure tasks are completed Respond to colleague enquiries and validate monthly payroll data for benefits Administer Medical, Life insurance, Pension, and various other Country specific statutory and non-statutory benefits Coordinate with Finance team for payment, reconciliation and other required activities Assist in annual enrollment related activities What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Benefits Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing statutory and non-statutory benefits programs.
