We're recruiting for a Client Support Administrator to join a growing financial planning business in Manchester City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who's looking to build a long-term career. Previous pensions or financial services experience isn't required - full training will be provided.
The Role
You'll support a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service while keeping administration running smoothly. You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Liaising with pension providers and third parties
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration
- Managing emails and incoming correspondence
- Chasing outstanding information
- Updating internal systems
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and compliantly
About You

- Has previous administration experience
- Has excellent attention to detail
