We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the management of retailer relationships, driving sales growth by representing our brands and showcasing new-season collections. This role is ideal for someone passionate about jewellery with strong coordination skills to manage orders, track market trends and deliver exceptional customer service to maintain brand partnerships and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Sales Growth
- Manage retail accounts to build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company and retailer objectives
- Drive sales performance through weekly and monthly analysis, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
- Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports
- Share key insights with internal teams and suppliers to support planning and decision-making
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Client Engagement & Presentations
- Confidently present new season jewellery collections in person and virtually
- Create compelling sales pitches and tailored proposals for new and existing clients
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings
- New Business Development
- Research and target suitable retailers to expand the client base
- Initiate outreach through networking, cold calling, and industry events
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with merchandising teams to forecast demand and support inventory planning
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on product launches and brand initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers on design elements and production timelines
- Brand & Market Representation
- Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across online and in-store environments
