A leading organisation is looking for a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join its established IT Service Operations team based near North Warrington. Supporting around 5,000 users across multiple offices and hundreds of project sites throughout the UK and Ireland, you'll play a key role in delivering 2nd and 3rd line support while acting as a senior technical escalation point.
