We have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Project Coordinator to join Robert Walters as a Consultant. As an employed Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Coordinator / PMO to join a leading global organisation within the Wealth Management industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with around 1 year's experience in a PMO or Project Support role, ideally within the Financial Services industry, who is now ready to take the next step towards becoming a Project Manager. This role offers exposure to high-profile change initiatives and the opportunity to work alongside experienced Senior Project Managers. You'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience across a range of strategic programmes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support end-to-end delivery of change initiatives
  • Maintain and update RAID logs and project plans
  • Prepare documentation for Steering Committees and key governance forums
  • Take minutes, track actions, and coordinate follow-ups
  • Contribute to project governance, reporting and tracking
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts, PMs and senior leadership
  • Help ensure project controls and standards are followed

What we're looking for:

  • Around 1 year of experience in a PMO or project coordination role
  • Exposure to change management or transformation programmes
  • Ideally, experience within the Financial Services sector (banking, wealth, asset management, etc.)
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow into a Project Manager role
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
  • Confident communicator who can liaise across teams and levels
  • Eager to learn, develop and take ownership of tasks
