Global HR Programme Manager

Global HR Programme Manager Consultant London/Hybrid We\’re recruiting for a Programme Director to join us. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of Programme and Project Management services across the People Change Portfolio, leading in evolving our approach to the delivery of change. Applying a commercial mindset, you will focus on managing flexible and fixed resource pools to deliver agreed scope to time, cost and quality. You will be responsible for the global implementation of Oracle HCM alongside all other HR change within the portfolio across a broad range of specialisms, covering Operating Model, Technology, M&A activities and Group mandated changes such as risk regulation and compliance activity. A subject matter expert in change, you will develop and implement proportionate processes which provide an appropriate balance between control and efficiency. Through hands on delivery, supervision and guidance you will play a key role supporting senior stakeholders in delivering effective portfolio governance.
