We are currently looking to hire a long term TM1 Developer (Contractor) to join a leading wealth management bank. This role entails maintaining, supporting, and developing our Financial Reporting and Planning systems. Opportunity to work in an environment where TM1 capabilities are progressively utilized and managed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a support resource for the Cognos TM1 system, this will involve:
- Technical administration of the systems and infrastructure
- 1st line support and user management
- Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of data loads
- Ad-hoc investigations / reporting on behalf of the business
- Maintaining system documentation
- Maintaining and developing cubes, processes, and rules to meet business requirements.
- Implement changes to system architecture and TM1 model as required.
- Analysis, design, build, and deployment of system customization and process enhancements as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 5 years TM1 development experience
- Knowledge of TM1 TI processes, rules, and feeders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
Beneficial Qualifications & Experience
- Familiar with the latest version of TM1 (Planning Analytics)
- SQL experience / understanding
- Power BI experience / understanding
- Knowledge of management reporting and budgeting principles & practices, ideally within the Finance industry
- Knowledge of reporting applications including OLAP technologies.
- Good understanding of approaches to system development life cycle, including change and configuration management.
- Good experience gained with Cognos TM1 or equivalent support roles.
