  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through coaching conversations that drive results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, look-ups) for analysing workforce data and generating actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience administering HR systems and driving process improvements for greater efficiency.
  • A track record of leading or supporting organisational design projects or major change initiatives.
  • Expertise in performance management frameworks, engagement strategies, absence management protocols, and well-being programmes.
  • Experience designing or facilitating colleague engagement activities such as surveys or listening groups.
