Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join their expanding practice in Manchester or Leeds. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of market-leading deals, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and property management. You will be part of a high-performing team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation. The successful candidate will have the chance to act for some of the foremost investors, developers, and occupiers in the industry.

What You\’ll Do:

As a Solicitor in Real Estate, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Acting for significant local clients and FTSE 100 companies on a variety of real estate matters.
  • Providing commercial advice and working collaboratively with your team to execute large-scale, high-value client matters.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, managing expectations, and taking a leading role on some matters.
  • Competing with market-leading real estate teams for work.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate for this Solicitor – Real Estate will demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, and ambition in finding solutions to clients\’ legal challenges and requirements. You will also:

  • 1 – 5 years experience within Real Estate
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to adopt a consultative and thorough approach to tasks
  • Efficient diary and task management skills across a range of matters
  • Confidence in drafting clear and legally effective documents
