Software Development & Engineering Academy (Junior Consultant) Our Software Development & Engineering Consultancy Programme offers growth and opportunity in the consultancy field, unlocking careers in Full Stack Development, Back-End Engineering, and Software Testing, with expertise in languages such as C#, C++, Python, and Java. Applicants should therefore have a basic understanding of coding. It also provides opportunities in DevOps, Cloud Computing, Architecture, Automation, and Data Engineering, with the flexibility to specialise. We assess potential based on skills, not education or previous experience. If successful, you’ll join our talent pool and be invited to the next available training programme when an appropriate opportunity arises. The Consultancy Training Academy This unpaid training programme provides exceptional, role-specific learning tailored to the needs of our clients. Led by industry experts through a fully interactive virtual academy, you’ll engage in practical, scenario-based training that prepares you for real-world consultancy challenges. Once training is complete and you have been offered a position by one of our clients, you’ll start your career with a permanent contract, in a paid role with full benefits. Application & Selection Process Complete a skills-based online assessment – no prior experience required. Attend an in-person assessment centre at our Covent Garden office, where you will undertake 2 interpersonal skills and a coding challenge. If successful, you’ll join our talent pool, ready to enrol in the next suitable training academy. We aim to make our application process as accessible as possible.
