A leading global Investment Management firm is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with Client order management system experience to support on an initial 6 month engagement on a multi-year target operating model programme

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and create Epics/user stories using Agile practices.
• Develop Business Requirement Documentation (BRD), process diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Write testable Gherkin acceptance criteria for system validation.
• Support middle/back office operations like transfer agency, client order management, cash flows, fund orders, and portfolio securitisation.
• Document workflows, data mapping, and technical processes to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
• Communicate effectively across teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Experience in Agile frameworks, creating user stories, and producing high-quality documentation.
• Expertise in middle/back office workflows within financial services (e.g., transfer agency, client order management).
• Knowledge of portfolio/fund securitisation, static data management, hybrid funds, benchmark models, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
