Responsibilities
- Coordinate portfolios of change initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain governance frameworks, monitor project status, risks, milestones, and budgets.
- Produce management information, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support resource management, benefits tracking, and programme lifecycle activities.
- Embed best-practice methodologies such as Agile or Prince2 into projects.
- Facilitate cross-team communication, lessons learned sessions, and process improvements.
- Prepare materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and audits.
Requirements
- Experience as a PMO Analyst within asset management.
- Proven ability to manage and support teams in adopting PMO processes and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing project finances, including forecasting, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
- Ability to work at pace, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Practical knowledge of project lifecycles, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with portfolio management software (e.g., KeyedIn) and Microsoft Office.
- Professional qualifications in asset management (e.g., IMC) are advantageous but not required.
