What you’ll do
- Support key client relationships by providing dependable guidance on budgeting matters and peer reviewing complex tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coach junior members of the team on intricate pension administration tasks or challenging situations, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Lead initiatives focused on process improvement for clients, identifying areas for operational effectiveness and implementing best practices across the team.
- Undertake thorough quality control calculation reviews on the team's work, maintaining high standards of service delivery at all times.
- Drive continual improvement around operational effectiveness and client profitability by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as project managers and department heads.
- Ensure errors, omissions, and complaints are handled sensitively in line with agreed procedures and timescales, working alongside the Administration Service Manager to resolve issues promptly.
- Present periodic reports for clients, regulatory bodies, and Trustee boards that clearly communicate operational activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal departments including finance, legal, and business improvement to support seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practice standards relevant to pensions administration.
