Our client is offering an engaging opportunity for a Senior Medical Negligence Solicitor. What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients through appropriate supervision and training
- Manage your own caseload from the outset
- Strive to secure interim payments wherever possible to facilitate rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation before claim conclusion
- Collaborate with the Partner on complex clinical negligence cases
- Represent clients exclusively in clinical negligence cases against NHS Trusts, private practitioners, and GPs
- Handle a diverse range of cases including Cancer Claims, Cerebral Palsy, Fatal Claims and Inquest work, GP Negligence, Hospital Negligence, Pregnancy and Gynaecology Injury, Surgery claims
