Our client is looking for a diligent, bright, and highly organised Senior Investment Reporting Analyst to join their dynamic Investor Reporting Team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop expertise in operational real estate while playing a crucial part in ensuring efficient and accurate reporting.
As a Senior Investment Reporting Analyst, your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity and transparency across all investor and external reports. Your strong accounting knowledge will be utilised to interpret complex financial statements. You will also prepare, review, and present financial information to various stakeholders. Your ability to conduct detailed analysis of portfolio performance will be key in this role. Furthermore, you will produce well-structured reports for key investors while working collaboratively with the Analyst to improve efficiency in reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all investor and external reporting
- Apply strong accounting knowledge to interpret and analyse financial statements
- Prepare, review, and present financial and commercial information to external stakeholders
- Conduct detailed analysis of portfolio performance, investment metrics, and commercial performance
- Produce clear reports for key investors and third parties
- Work collaboratively with the Analyst to uphold efficiency in reporting
- Support the Senior Manager in drafting strategic narratives on performance
