Senior FO Business Analyst – Asset Management
A leading investment management firm in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major front office transformation programme. This role is pivotal in migrating investment teams to a new operating model and enhancing front office efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Drive analysis and delivery across investment desks, focusing on front office processes
- Map current and target workflows, support UAT, and manage cross-team dependencies
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders to define and deliver business solutions
- Ensure alignment of solutions with front office needs and regulatory standards
What we\’re looking for
- Proven Business Analyst experience in asset management or buy-side environments
- Strong front office knowledge, including the investment lifecycle and asset classes
- Hand‑on experience with OMS and EMS platforms (Charles River preferred)
