A distinguished global law firm is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Process Consultant to join its London office on a fixed-term basis. This opportunity invites you to assume a central role in advancing the future of financial operations, championing process enhancements, and facilitating the adoption of sophisticated technologies within an international context.
Responsibilities:
- Support finance system users across multiple regions by providing timely guidance on intricate process-related matters.
- Respond to service requests through established channels such as ServiceNow and manage ad-hoc enquiries from various offices.
- Uphold data integrity through diligent master data maintenance and ensure all authorisation processes are conducted in accordance with policy.
- Maintain the Finance manual, prepare engaging training materials, and deliver sessions to empower users.
Qualifications:
- At least four years’ experience in finance roles within professional services environments with skills in areas such as legal billing, eBilling support, matter initiation, WIP management, or cash collection.
- Hands-on experience using SAP4 Hana or SAP R/3 for finance operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of risks faced by international finance teams and awareness of priorities in a global context.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently without compromising quality or deadlines.
