What you\’ll do:
As a Senior Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting, engaging, and exceeding customer expectations through both inbound and outbound interactions. Your key focus will be to add value to the customer experience through each interaction, enhancing their lifestyle by pro-actively engaging in meaningful conversations. In addition to supporting our customers, you will provide daily support to the Customer Success Manager and deputise in their absence. You will also assist with the management and development of team members, ensuring continued delivery of first-class customer service.
- Support the Customer Success Manager with various day-to-day tasks and responsibilities
- Take ownership of the daily organisation of workloads within the team
- Provide critical coaching to team members and give regular feedback
- Handle customer enquiries via a range of communication methods
- Champion customer satisfaction initiatives within the team
- Analyse customer satisfaction scores and take action to rectify areas of concern
