Overview: The company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join their dynamic and international team, based in London office 4 days per week, flexible to 2 after 6 months. This individual will be essential in equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to drive customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a variety of high-quality, engaging sales materials, including presentations, call scripts, case studies, and competitive intelligence resources.
- Act as the primary expert and resource for sales team members, providing consultation on sales calls, discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and pitches.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programmes to accelerate the ramp-up of new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills to succeed quickly.
- Analyse sales performance metrics and work closely with sales leadership to create and roll out initiatives that enhance team productivity, effectiveness, and overall sales growth.
- Provide ongoing support to align messaging, processes, and sales tactics across the sales team.
