The Role: They are seeking two Sales Account Managers to join their London Team, responsible for sales, business development and relationship management for UK Operator partner EE. Must have experience with EE.
Job Description
- Responsible for sales, business development and relationship management for UK Operator partner.
- Develop and implement promotional plans to deliver against sales KPI’s (revenue & volume).
- Obtain trust and foster deep relationships with key decision makers to increase brand consideration.
- Manage day-to-day customer engagement, resolve challenges and ensure business continuity.
- Regularly report on sales progress and account development including key actions to drive sales.
- Acquire a systematic understanding of partners ongoing requirements to drive ‘win-wins.
- Ensure stock control, accurate sales forecasting & align intake plans.
- Plan, track and control account investment and budgets.
- Support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate quarterly product ranging process and commercial negotiations.
- Own cross-functional relationships; sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM and portfolio (internal/external).
Requirements
- 5+ years’ work experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
- Results driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, organisation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- CRM experience, with a track record in building strong relationships.
- Ability to see the broader picture, identify, own, and resolve challenges.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must).
