We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting opportunity as an HR Analyst based near Rugby. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in business operations, HR processes, and change management who thrives on improving workflows and driving efficiency. As an HR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing current operational and back-office processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing improved workflows to align with strategic goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, develop business cases, and implement measurable solutions that enhance compliance, automation, and overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and implement operational and back-office processes from start to finish.
- Conduct gap analyses, create process maps, and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Collaborate with senior management, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure buy-in.
- Support system changes and digital transformation initiatives by developing business cases and tracking progress.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and quality control standards.
- Create documentation such as technical specifications, process standards, and policies for effective process management.
The position requires some travel and offers the chance to contribute to large-scale transformation projects.
About You
- Proven experience in business analysis within HR transformation programmes or environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes; logistics industry experience is advantageous.
- Expertise in process mapping tools such as MS Visio or PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in risk and issue management with a focus on timely resolution.
