Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Regulatory Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a specialism in a high-demand, high-consequence area of privately funded regulatory law. The successful candidate will primarily support the team in growing this practice area and managing a heavy caseload of health and safety matters.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver training on a broad range of Health and Safety matters for your clients.
- Support with training exercises for clients, including mock Public Inquiries and incident response training sessions.
- Support with reviews ensuring compliance with Health and Safety matters.
- Conduct internal investigations following Health and Safety matters.
This role is based in Birmingham. The firm operates hybrid working and there will be nationwide travel.
