This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you will manage complex production environments, support critical trading applications, and shape the future of production services through innovation and strategic thinking. We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a pivotal leadership role within our Production Services function, driving operational excellence for Fixed Income and FX trading operations across EMEA.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a talented regional team, ensuring stability in a fast-moving environment.
- Drive continuous improvement through emerging technologies like cloud solutions, AI, and automation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Trading, Sales, Middle Office, and Compliance.
- Manage IT incidents, problem-solving under pressure, and oversee governance processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years’ experience in Production Support within investment banking.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to attract and nurture talent.
- Deep knowledge of Fixed Income and FX products, trade lifecycle, P&L, and risk.
- Technical expertise in Linux, databases, middleware, scripting (Python/Perl), DevOps tools, and cloud technologies.
