Robert Walters are working with an organisation looking for a Project Officer to join their team. As a PMO, you’ll support the planning, delivery, and reporting of a diverse portfolio of IT and business change projects. Working within the IS Team, you’ll collaborate with project managers and teams across the organisation to help implement meaningful change and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the coordination and monitoring of technical and business project streams

Maintain project documentation, plans, risk logs, and reporting tools

Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes

Take ownership of project tasks and drive their successful delivery

Ensure projects are aligned with organisational goals, safeguarding policies, and sustainability objectives

Key requirements:

  • Experienced in supporting project delivery (ideally with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies)
  • 1 - 2 years + experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical awareness and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Building positive working relationships across varied teams
  • Have great customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
