We’re supporting a high-growth consumer technology business on a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Technical Programme Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, driving systems migration, technology optimisation and operational excellence across product, engineering, data, finance and security. It’s well suited to someone from a B2C / consumer tech or SaaS environment who thrives in complex, fast-moving ecosystems.
The role:
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programmes from discovery through execution
- Lead systems consolidation, platform optimisation and data pipeline improvements
- Align senior stakeholders across product, engineering, finance and technology
- Translate complex technical detail into clear, outcome-focused narratives
- Assess tools, manage trade-offs and drive evidence-based decisions
- Embed structure, governance and delivery discipline while remaining adaptable
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Technical Programme / Project Manager in B2C consumer tech and/or SaaS (essential)
- Strong track record delivering systems migrations, platform or tooling optimisation
- Experience operating in highly cross-functional, product-led environments
- Solid understanding of software development, data platforms and delivery workflows
- Exposure to operational excellence initiatives
- Interest or experience in AI / emerging technologies is highly beneficial
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
