Our client is a YC S24 Gen AI Tech startup with recent series A funding of £13m. We are hiring a Fullstack Engineer to build and deliver systems that power fast, reliable onboarding for insurers – helping clients go live quickly and delighting them from day one. This role is 6 days onsite in London office.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
- Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding
- Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams
- Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights
