An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Operations Manager to join a well-respected professional services firm on an FTC maternity cover position. This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 – £70,000 based in the city of London offering a hybrid working pattern.
The successful People Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of people operations across EMEA, APAC, and US regions. You will play a pivotal role in managing people operations across multiple regions. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure the smooth running of various HR functions and the employee lifecycle.
That you\’ll do:
- Manage the People Assistant.
- Ensure smooth running of people operations across EMEA, APAC, and US including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, training, and development.
- Partner with regional/department leads and hiring team to deliver global hiring plans.
- Manage employee relations issues and people matters as they arise.
- Manage HR systems.
- Review policies and practices in alignment with local legislation changes.
- Develop and implement new policies and practices with senior stakeholders and management.
- Work closely with the VP, People to deliver adhoc People projects.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 7 years HR generalist experience.
- Experience managing HR operations within a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of US employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
