Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time People Coordinator to support their People team across a range of HR processes. This role is pivotal in driving the people experience within the organisation, with a focus on both first- and second-line support on employee relation matters, as well as the overall delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee full-cycle onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners.
  • Accurately draft and issue offer letters and contracts of employment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records through HR system set-ups, changes, and leavers.
  • Partner with Payroll to deliver timely reports ensuring correct payroll data processing.
  • Track and manage probation periods and contract changes.
  • Ensure Right to Work checks are carried out accurately.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR support requests and queries.
  • Support on recognition and anniversary rewards.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including posting job adverts, coordinating candidate communications and liaising with partner agencies.
