What you\’ll do:
As an Operations Implementations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day implementation of operational activities at site. You will be responsible for preparing for the implementation and cutover to new ways of working through the delivery and ongoing development of the Operations Readiness Playbook. Your role will involve close liaison with Site & Project teams to ensure delivery. You will also be accountable for delivering the Physical Site Preparation Workstream section of the Playbook.
- Manage day-to-day implementation of operational activities at site
- Prepare for implementation and cutover to new ways of working through delivery and ongoing development of Operations Readiness Playbook
- Liaise closely with Site & Project teams to ensure delivery
- Ensure delivery of Playbook activities to prepare site for implementation
- Work closely with various stakeholders to complete site readiness activities within time, quality and budget constraints
- Specific accountability for delivering Physical Site Preparation Workstream section of Playbook
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Operations Implementations Manager role should bring a wealth of operational experience, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and 10 years overall.
