Robert Walters' client are seeking a commercially driven eCommerce Trader with strong experience in subscription-based sales models to join their growing online and digital team. This role will take ownership of the eCommerce subscription channel, driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and optimising customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will understand online trading performance, recurring revenue mechanics and how to turn traffic into high value long term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the eCommerce subscription channel P&L
- Drive online trading performance including revenue, AOV, CVR, and LTV
- Analyse and optimise conversion rates across product pages, checkout, and subscription journeys
- Develop and execute promotional and trading calendars
- Work closely with CRM to improve retention, churn, and subscriber engagement
- Optimise pricing, bundles, offers, and subscription tiers
- Lead A/B testing across landing pages and checkout flows
- Collaborate with performance marketing to maximise ROAS and subscriber acquisition
- Monitor weekly trading reports and deliver actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities within DTC and subscription models
Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in an eCommerce trading role
- Proven experience managing a subscription-based eCommerce channel
- Experience with Shopify, subscription platforms, or similar systems
