Our client based in Nottingham is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their high-energy team. This position is paying £25-30k (DOE) and requires 5 days on-site per week. Standard working hours are 9am-5.30pm; however, they can offer flexible working arrangements as well as excellent benefits.
What you’ll do:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
- Manage both accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform daily reporting tasks.
- Handle customer orders and refunds with sensitivity.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Collaborate within a close-knit team that values open communication and shared success.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
