What you’ll do:
- As an Operations Senior Analyst – Credit Hedge Fund based in London, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a leading investment management firm. Your responsibilities will span trade processing, reconciliation, margin monitoring, corporate actions handling, and compliance-related tasks.
- Working closely with both internal teams and external partners such as administrators and Prime Brokers, you will ensure that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Process all trades efficiently using Broadridge Paladyne and Sentry systems, including trade affirmation through platforms such as Omgeo, Icelink, and DTCC. Collaborate closely with administrators and Prime Brokers’ middle and back-office teams to ensure accurate trade capture and timely settlement of all transactions. Take responsibility for managing subsequent fails by monitoring settlements and resolving discrepancies promptly. Conduct daily tri-party reconciliations between internal systems, administrators, and Prime Brokers to maintain data integrity. Monitor Prime Broker margin requirements and financing needs on a daily basis to support effective risk management. Demonstrate understanding of cash products and FX hedging strategies by overseeing related processes. Handle corporate actions processing with precision, ensuring all events are captured accurately in relevant systems. Participate in monthly reviews of positions and cash balances to contribute to the NAV sign-off process. Respond effectively to counterparty KYC and due diligence queries, maintaining high standards of compliance. Engage proactively with all areas of the business, supporting colleagues as needed to achieve shared goals.

Comprehensive product knowledge covering Bonds, Repo agreements, Credit Default Swaps (CDS), Foreign Exchange (FX), Loans, Futures & Options (F&O), Total Return Swaps (TRS), FX hedging strategies, and complex transactions. Proven ability to understand Profit & Loss statements as well as Net Asset Value (NAV) processes within credit markets. Demonstrated accuracy in trade processing using industry-standard systems such as Broadridge Paladyne and Sentry. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach; able to work effectively as part of a team while supporting colleagues across business areas. Excellent communication abilities enabling clear interaction with administrators, Prime Brokers, and other stakeholders. High attention to detail ensuring precise execution of reconciliations, corporate actions processing, and compliance tasks. Dependable work ethic with commitment to maintaining data integrity throughout operational processes.
