A high-performing, values-led FMCG organisation is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead and grow a core household portfolio. This role carries full end-to-end brand ownership and reports directly into the General Manager. It offers genuine strategic influence, people leadership, and the opportunity to shape category growth within a creator-led, entrepreneurial brand environment.
As the senior custodian of the Household portfolio, you will:
- Define brand strategy, drive consumer-led growth, and deliver commercially strong plans in close partnership with Sales, Category and eCommerce.
- Own the brand vision, strategy and long-term growth agenda for Household categories.
- Translate global strategy into locally relevant, high-impact plans.
- Act as internal brand ambassador, ensuring brand standards, assets and storytelling are consistently elevated.
- Lead consumer insight-led growth, identifying unmet needs and new opportunities.
- Own the full innovation lifecycle, from concept through launch and optimisation.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social, PR and in-store.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling customer plans, JBPs and retailer presentations.
- Manage brand performance, budgets, forecasting and ROI measurement.
- Track brand health and optimise activity to balance short-term delivery with long-term equity.
About You:
- Proven FMCG brand management experience (household, laundry or adjacent categories preferred).
- Demonstrated ownership of brands or portfolios with P&L accountability.
- Strong track record in innovation delivery and integrated campaign development.
- Commercially astute, consumer-led and analytically strong.
- Confident leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop others.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
