My client is seeking 2 skilled Senior Developers and 1 Tech Lead with expertise in Java to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing applications that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis, design, development and implementation of applications and databases.
- Integrate third-party products into existing systems.
- Translate technical specifications into functional code for internal clients.
- Write programs, develop code, and create test artifacts to ensure quality.
- Employ software development techniques to support automation testing.
- Elevate code into development, test, and production environments on schedule while providing follow-up production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues effectively to various audiences.
- Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security policies and verify deliverables meet requirements.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Java development (any industry).
- Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring or similar technologies.
- Bonus skills: AWS knowledge or Angular/HTML development experience (not required).
- Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodologies is beneficial.
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Target and Python programming language desired.
- Strong curiosity, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring you to work in the office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
What’s on offer
- Tech Lead: Up to £100K, £13.5K partnership bonus, 25% target bonus, 10% pension contribution, life assurance, private health cover.
- Senior: between £70-£90k, £10.5K partnership bonus, 20% target bonus + additional benefits mentioned above.
